THE PROCESS

Proposal & Contract

After you fill out the custom invitation questionnaire, I will evaluate it and put together a free proposal and quote that tailored your perfect invitation suite. This step is important for me to understand what are your expectations, budget, and timing for the event. If you are happy with the quote, you will then sign an agreement and pay a 50% non-refundable retainer.

Custom Design

Moving forward we will start with the fun part! Now I need to know everything about your love story, vision, and all the details that will help me design your unique invitation. Once I get to know you better, I will then send to you a custom look book and sketches of your perfect wedding invitation suit for your approval. If our visions are aligned, and you love the idea, we will move to production.

Production

At this step, I will design your unique invitation and send it to you for your final approval. Before sending it to print I want to make sure you are 100% happy with the result. Therefore, all my work includes unlimited rounds of revision. Your wedding is one of the most important days of your life, so your invitation needs to be perfect for you. When you say yes to your invitation, everything will be sent to be printed & manufactured.

Assembling & Mailing

Now that we brought your dream invitation to life, I will start working on assembling them for you. I will take care of addressing, postage, tying ribbon, wax seal, lining envelopes, and everything that is necessary to deliver this one-of-a-kind experience to you and your guests. As soon as I have your invitations suite done, your final invoice must be paid in full so I can take them to the post office for mailing.
