THE PROCESS
Design Brief
The first step is to fill out the design questionnaire, so I can evaluate it and put together a free proposal and quote according to your needs. If you are happy with the quote, you will then sign an agreement and pay a 50% non-refundable retainer. After all the no fun steps are over, I will collect as much information as possible about your project, company, vision, and goals. I design visual experiences based on a deep understanding of customer needs. This means a lot of emails and messages will be exchanged as well as answering the creative brief.
Research & Brainstorm
Following the process, I will start the research phase where I will analyze everything about your company's industry, target audience, and competitors. The goal is to set your brand apart from the competition but still be relevant to the market. Once I gather enough information, I will then start brainstorming and sketching ideas.
Development & Design
Now the fun begins! It is time to move the best ideas to the computer. At this step, the design begins to come to life with the addition of color and detail. I will digitalize and refine the ideas that I believe will better express what you are looking for.
Presentation & Client Review
Once I have your options ready, I will then send to you a presentation for your review. At this point, you should choose the idea that you like most and get back to me with notes. I’m always open to suggestions and adjustments if necessary. It is my goal to make sure you are 100% happy with the final result, and our visions are aligned. Therefore, it can happen to have many rounds of revisions before you are satisfied with the final product.
Approval & Delivery
After you are completely happy with the final result, I will save, produce, and deliver a variety of file types that should be useful for you. Important file types like PSD, PDF, JPEG, and others might be in your list of delivery. As I offer a stress-free service, I can also help you with printing and production if you would like to add that extra help on your process. As soon as I have your project done, your final invoice must be paid in full before the asset's delivery.
